The 2025 Acuvance Datarise™ Vascular Office-Based Lab (OBL) Rent Rate subscription can be used by vascular surgeons, management companies, and OBL owners to negotiate and set hourly rental rates for OBL facilities.
The current edition of this data subscription includes ranges of hourly rental rates for vascular OBLs for over 100 geographic practice cost indexes (GPCIs) across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. Hourly rental rates vary from as little as $1,700 per hour up to nearly $3,000 in certain markets.
The hourly rates are calculated from:
- Weighted average OBL service mix for the 30 most common vascular procedures performed in OBLs from a sample of over 144,00 procedures performed vascular surgeons in OBLs during 2023
- Intra-service operating times identified by the American Medical Association”s Relative Value Update Committee
- 2025 geographic OBL expense-adjusted rates for over 100 geographic practice cost indexes
This subscription includes:
- Lower, mid and upper surgery facility rental rates
- Over 100 geographic market adjustments (GPCI-adjusted)
- Source summary data for top 30 vascular OBL procedures performed by vascular surgeons in OBLs during 2023, applying 2025 national Medicare reimbursement AND intra-service operating times identified by the AMA’s Relative Value Update Committee
