The Acuvance DataRise™ Renal Dialysis Management Fees data subscription identifies management fees and home office overhead allocations for U.S. Renal Care, American Renal Associates, DCC Management, and other renal dialysis management companies. Subsidiary home office costs allocations for centers owned by Davita and Fresenius are also included. This data is an excellent starting point for determining Fair Market Value of renal dialysis center management fees.
Data is available for the 2021 through 2025 periods, though only 10 cost reports are available for 2025 as of the last update. Acuvance DataRise™ has added a custom filter data field to the datasets to enable users to quickly filter on management fees. For example, Acuvance DataRise™ identified over 600 management fees during each period from 2021 through 2024. More management fees may be available for users who manually search through the entire raw data set of worksheet A-3 filings.
